UKS2 More Summer Adventure Planning
This UKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading themed around Summer Adventures.
There are three days of work featuring extracts from three fantastic books – Adventures on Earth, The Ordnance Survey Kids’ Adventure Book and Atlas of Adventures: Wonders of the World.
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
Three writing challenges are also included.
