LKS2 – More Birds WCR

This LKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading themed around Birds and would be perfect to use during the RSPB Big School Bird Watch which runs across January and February! There are two extracts from the RSPB Nature Guide: Birds book and a brilliant Newsround video on identifying different bird song.

There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
